Delete Your Account

You can request permanent deletion of your Drust account and all associated personal data at any time. No reason is required.

How to Request Deletion

Send us an email from the address associated with your account (or include your in-game username if you did not register an email). We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation once complete.

Include your in-game username in the subject line. If your account has an associated email address, send the request from that address so we can verify ownership.

What Gets Deleted

The table below shows each type of data we hold and what happens to it when you request account deletion.

Data type On deletion Notes
Username Deleted Removed from all player-facing lists and records.
Password hash Deleted Permanently purged from our database.
Email address Deleted Removed if one was registered.
Character & gameplay data Deleted All character stats, inventory, quest progress, and skill advancement.
In-game chat logs Deleted Any stored chat messages attributed to your account.
Connection & server logs Retained briefly Raw server logs may contain your IP address and are automatically purged within 90 days. We cannot selectively remove individual entries from system-level logs before that window.

After deletion your username is released and may be claimed by a new player. We will not keep any copy of your personal data beyond what is described above.

Processing Time

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days of verification. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted. If you do not have an email address on your account, we will post a confirmation in Discord if you provide a handle to contact.

Can't Log In?

You do not need access to your account to request deletion. Simply email us with your username and we will verify your identity via the email address on file, or through a Discord verification if no email was registered.
